As the difficulties and dramatic events of June 2023 continue to unfold, more and more people are realizing that we need to put all our efforts into rethinking our society.
Yes, I say "your efforts" because in 2023, I'm only 5 years old as you read this message, so you can imagine that I'm more
interested in drawing unicorns than in reducing CO2 emissions or regenerating biodiversity, although I do plant trees with my dad.
But I've got some good news for you. After creating many free tools, the Circulab team, with its partners at +Impakt, has designed a new database where you can find the best products, services, projects to inspire consultants, agencies, companies and universities , and accelerate the deployment
of sober, efficient and regenerative solutions.
The tool is called DICES, which stands for Driven and Inspired by Circular Economy Solutions. It's not as good as it will be in 2033, of course, but we believe the 1st version is aleady very useful and user friendly.

👷 Transforming the construction sector: from lean design to circular design
According to the 2021 global status report for buildings and construction, the sector was responsible for 28% of
the global CO2 emissions in 2020. But how to transform this industry through design? Justine Laurent and Circulab community members Philippe Drouillon, Laure Le Hello and Anne Klepper, addressed this question through a 3-hour workshop for the participants of the 31st annual conference of the International Group for Lean Construction held at Centrale Lille.

🌊 Catching the wave in Biarritz
Circulab community took an active part in the annual Waves of Change Forum founded by Circulab community member Nicolas Occhiminuti, a gathering of 200 participants from cities, NGOs, companies and startups working on solutions for challenges
faced by coastal cities. Community members helped structure some of the debates and give a circular spin to others.
