Hello ,

It seems that your spring of 2023 is a bit rainy in France. At the same time, a very intense drought is taking place in Spain. So much so that tourists are beginning to be seriously singled out, wheat harvests are reduced to nothing and the government has to provide massive support to the agriculture sector.

Awareness is not yet as high as it needs to be to change the system. But as the saying goes, you can always hear the big tree falling but not the forest growing. Indeed, here and there, more and more groups are emerging and taking up the territorial resilience subject, following the example of the Waves of Change coalition in the Basque Country.

The issue of water is not just a question of rainfall, it requires a rethinking of the whole water management system. From agricultural practices to food habits and economic activities. The question is no longer why we need to do it, but how do these communities change their model?

This is what the participants in Reaction Commune, a game recently co-created by my dad and his friends, are doing. The first facilitators will be trained at the beginning of July, so it's up to you to join them. You will see that this game has been very useful to improve the resilience of your territory.

Enjoy your reading,
Josephine from 2033
